2023 KEY ACHIEVEMENTS NEW ENERGY EFFICIENT DISTRIBUTION CENTER Transportation & renewable energy 80,000 km of transport reduced annually by consolidating German warehouses to one new energy efficient distribution centre in Heinsberg with the highest standard of energy efficiency (rating 40 Plus). 13% EMISSION REDUCTION Climate We reduced our Scope 1 and 2 CO 2 emissions from 2,513 tons in 2022 to 2,174 tons in 2023, marking a significant reduction in CO 2 emissions. 27% RENEWABLE ELECTRICITY Renewable energy We increased our consumption of renewable electricity from 7% in 2022 to 27% in 2023. 81 ENGAGEMENT SCORE Employee satisfaction survey Group employee satisfaction survey conducted by Ramboll.
