LETTER FROM THE CEO Bjarke Brøns Chief Executive Officer “Sustainability has always been a part of our mindset.” It is my pleasure to present Dantherm Group’s first sustainability report While this is our first report, sustainability has always been a part of our mindset. With this report, we reflect on 2023, which marked the year we took significant steps towards a future where reporting of our sustainability efforts will hold greater significance. Being an international and professional corporation, the Dantherm Group is committed to environmental awareness, respect for human rights, social responsibility, equality, fair competition, and transparency. In our solutions offered to our customers, climate and environmental priorities are paramount and we strive to provide solutions that are better for the environment than other comparable options. Looking back at 2023, we have had a particular focus on initiating the work necessary to meet legal requirements in the future. Dantherm Group will report under CSRD from the financial year 2025, and in 2023, we initiated the work towards CSRD compliance by initiating our double materiality assessment. In this report, we provide you with insight into some of our key achievements and efforts within environmental, social, and governance aspects. In the coming years, we will expand and further develop the report into a comprehensive sustainability report, ensuring full transparency and compliance by presenting more comprehensive data – moving towards full CSRD reporting. Overall, I can confidently say that Dantherm Group is already well underway with the initiatives necessary to ensure that the company can meet the demands of sustainability in the future. In conclusion, I would like to thank our customers, loyal partners, and dedicated ambitious employees for contributing to Dantherm Group’s business and sustainable journey. Let us together continue towards a more sustainable future. We have established a new compliance organisation and a range of new policies aimed at ensuring our continued compliance in the future.
