WE SAY WHAT WE DO AND WE DO WHAT WE SAY The set of guidelines comprised in this leaflet is the foundation for our common behaviour and culture within the Dantherm Group. We call it: Sustainable Business Principles – The Dantherm Group Code of Conduct. It contains guidance and requirements related to areas essential to our work, to our society and to how we behave and conduct our business. Being an international and professional corporation, the Dantherm Group is committed to environmental awareness, respect for human rights, social responsibility, fair competition, and transparency. All employees of the Dantherm Group are required to comply with these guidelines that are based on the 10 principles of the United Nations Global Compact and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, supplemented by international laws, regulation and practice. However, where local laws or policies would be stricter than our Code of Conduct, these always prevail. Our Code of Conduct cannot cover all situations arising in our daily work, nor can or should it replace the personal responsibility and judgement of an employee. It does, however, provide clear guidance and direction in matters of importance to the Dantherm Group and its stakeholders. Complying with our sustainable business principles, while applying common sense and good judgement, is our best contribution to a sustainable business development, for the world we live in and for the Dantherm Group.
